listening to: all the great stuff in my playlist at one go
the great stuff in my playlist goes like this, it has to start with 'sober' by kelly clarkson. i don't quite know why but this song just captivates me so much, i kind of need to listen this song before i start doing work or before going to bed. and next comes 'whatever it takes' by lifehouse, and 'homecoming queen' by hinder, which will bring me back to life. to complete the collection - 'stolen' by dashboard confessional, 'sorry' by buckcherry, 'undiscovered' by james morrison, 'let me go' by 3 doors down, 'rule the world' by take that, 'built to last' by melee, 'never too late' by three days grace, 'no one' by alicia keys and many more.
yah back to blogging after a month hiatus, finally brought myself out of laziness to blog some of my thoughts. just went for my regular monday night jog and workout, and today was a little disappointing. it wasn't windy and the air was not as fresh as before (the haze has to go mans...) nevertheless, i still enjoyed the solitude for 45 minutes. the jog - when i do not need to engage in a conversation, when i can sweat and feel the wind in my hair simultaneously, when i leave my deadlines and worries back at home.
also went running with the volleyball guys last friday, along esplanade and singapore flyer towards kallang river. although we only ran for about half an hour, i was terribly tired (guess i need to increase the intensity a little more this week, if not i can forget about passing next saturday's ippt...)
that's right, the first day of the one-week break flew by so quickly, besides ending up doing negligible work other than replying some emails and preparing tuition stuff for the week. anyway it doesn't matter it is supposed to be a break week, so i should just take a break.
