Familiar scenes

Spent one whole night sending out emails for temp jobs yesterday. Didn't expect to receive a horde of calls today with countless job offers and interviews... Anyway, in the end I chose none of them and went down to Tampines to take up a logistics assistant job. Of course I know it's most likely a sai-kang job, maybe carry or move goods or pack stuff. However, I'm finding it hard to find a super-temp job and this assignment will last me a month which suit me just fine.

However, the coordinator (which happens to be the one who attended to me in March this year - she remembered me because she said there weren't many ex-RJC students who went there to apply for jobs) recommended me another job. The weird thing was that she offered me the same job as the last time. I was wondering there hasn't been any applicants for that same job for months... sounds absurd. Anyway, I'm seriously quite fine with the admin job at Changi - fuck the pay lah - since I can quit as and when I wish, I thought why not? Have been slacking around for weeks so I guess it's time to go back to work. Now, I'm looking forward to the new job starting next week, hope I can get to make new friends and learn new skills too.

Badminton game at night - another familiar scene... don't know why I was reminded of the days back in Bedok Camp when we had so much free time to play badminton, and we didn't have to pay a cent for the courts. Had a great time playing - this time with alvin - so the pace was faster than usual.
