hurray!! passed my driving practical on the 2nd attempt. so so glad that i made it this time. i was quite worried at first cos it was raining quite heavily and i couldn't really see the poles when i was doing my parking. gladly, i didn't make any major mistakes. oh yah, i don't remember making a U-turn as well. huh, actually, the whole test experience was kinda surreal to me, i didn't exactly feel nervous during the test.. and i can't quite remember the details to fill you guys in. anyway, when i returned to the test centre, i was afraid to feel confident cos the last time i did i failed it terriibly. and i simply couldn't hold my ecstasy when i learnt that i had passed!! if i wasn't wrong, i smiled to myself for the next ten minutes or so. really glad that i made it this time, if not i will have to spend more money and waste alot more time waiting and worrying.

haha, my parents are equally glad as well! i know my dad wants me to pass it on my first attempt, but i didn't. i guess that's because he's an excellent driver so he thinks that i should at least inherit his superior genes and pass my driving test with flying colours. never mind that, i won't say that i have his superior road skills cos i'm a new driver still and i still have plenty of stuff to learn.

anyway, i'm still feeling very happy right now. haven't felt so happy in quite some time, and i'm not exactly used to the joy, haha. so passing my driving test will also mean one more new year resolution fulfilled (albeit i'm supposed to obtain my license 2 months ago)! and now i just can't wait to see my driving license appearing in my mailbox =)
